"One day". "One day I'm going to graduate with my Master's". "One day I'm going to start my diet". "One day I'm to ask her to marry me". One day, one day,....one day. A lot of transitions, emotions, and events can occur in just one day. I've learned and experienced life and death in one day. I've seen and felt the realness when it comes to life's unexpected events. One day, can actually change you forever as you live.

See, I was raised in a small Spanish south Lorain church. Most of the time, when I was younger, I wouldn't even pay attention nor understand what I was learning. It wasn't until I met my father at 15, when church started to become part of the routine. My faith and love for church now, only comes from the process I've been through in the past 10 years. From death to death every year at multiple burials. Drinking and driving and crashing and being able to become a year sober. But, the most important teaching in my process, was that I finally opened up my mind and heart into the belief that we are all just "One Love". Throughout our journey together, I will open up and share my stories and journey. In sharing this certain story, comes from the idea of "ONE".

We are all unique in our own ways. We all have stories and struggles that we feel like no one can help us or relate. Before we start to become a specific part of life, we need to be "ONE" within ourselves. One with peace. Change is a process and isn't done in one day. But some of us feel like we have time to change. "Oh, I'll start to change tomorrow or on Monday". No, start today. No more waiting to become a better you, a healthier you, and a more peaceful you.
